id8888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. id8888 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond id8888's reasonable control.

You may close your id8888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
